The Five Nights at Freddy's movie has lost its director.
"Chris Columbus is no more attached," producer Jason Blum confirmed to Collider, without telltale if other director had taken Columbus's place. The director was first declared to be writing and helming the film back in 2018. His filmography includes the first two Home Alone movies, besides as two Harry Potter installments.
"We've written multiple scripts, and we've got where we'Re threading a needle, which is doing justice to Five Nights at Freddy's and making [Almighty] Scott [Cawthon] blissful. The only way of life that we would set about information technology is handsome Scott... I don't want to do something that Robert Scott doesn't corresponding," Blum added. "Let me say that a varied room. I don't have the right to do anything Scott doesn't similar.
