    5 star reviewCapital Fund 1 has always been great to work with. I've been working with them on deal for about a year and a half and it's always been a quick and easy process. Much better than many of their competitors - they don't require appraisals nor charge a bunch of exorbitant fees.     4 star reviewI've worked with Capital Fund 1 over 6 years their hard money loan process is simple and interest return rates are sensible. They can fund a loan in 2 or 3 days as long as you provided the required info upfront. If your an investor who flips I'm not sure you can do better. That said, the caveat is you need to know what your doing.

    5 star reviewI have been with Cap Fund 1 on several occasions and projects since 2016. Most recently, Kevin was right spot on with contacting me as one loan was paid off to see if I had another project to fund. I submitted a refinance and was approved in a very short time line. We closed and recorded without any glitches. Kevin and all the others involved were very helpful and really saved me in an extremely tight situation. I WILL be back as opportunities present and in the meantime I refer Capital Fund1 quite frequently.

CF1: Lock in Historically Low Rates for the Long Term

Unlike any of our other products, the long-term rental program offers loan terms from 15-30 years as opposed to our typical 6 months to 5-year loan options. Within the long term rental program, we offer 5/1 30 year ARM, a 7/1 30 Year Arm, and a 30 year fixed loan options, loan amounts available are between $100,000-$3,000,000 on all residential properties.
